Propark Awarded Contract to Manage Parking at O.Co Coliseum and Oracle Arena

SMG selected Propark based on their ability to provide unmatched levels of customer service and their strong revenue control procedures, said Ron Little, General Manager for SMG. Propark introduced handheld payment technology which allows customers to pay by credit card or make reservations and payment in advance allowing for tighter revenue controls resulting in an enhanced guest experience. The technology has expedited the arrival process, in conjunction with new ingress and egress procedures that has dramatically decreased congestion in and out of the venue.
Propark has efficiently parked over ten-thousand vehicles in less than three hours for Raider games, said Tim Maloney, Proparks Regional Vice President. We employ a staff of over two-hundred and fifty parking professionals and efficiently collect hundreds of thousands of dollars in parking revenue.
